Ithemba neglects its tenants
Extremely disappointed with the service I received from iThemba Property Management. The communication was poor, and it took weeks to get a response to my queries. The property was not well-maintained, and there were several issues that were not addressed in a timely manner. The team seemed disorganized, and it was clear that they were not prioritizing the needs of their tenants. I would not recommend using iThemba Property Management to anyone. They need to seriously improve their customer service and property maintenance
