Ithemba Needs help.

I Have been an Ithemba resident for a year staying at Elevate Building apartment 109 .I transfered because the Building Manager there is so careless about the tenants and doesn't know how to be a professional with his work. when I left he ignored me when enquired about the procedure for leaving so I cleared out and Left the key at security.

Suddenly now i see a balance brought forward of R1719 and I Tried enquiring what its for and till now I'm waiting to find out.

ITHEMBA Needs to improve drastically on its tenant care and also train thier staff on professionalism, I have had moments of confusion, and inconveniences simply because the works are miss informed and don't know thier own procedures and sadly its the tenant who suffers and eventually the company makes loses because its absurd to suffer while spending your money.
