Ithemba managing property they are *******.

I’ve sent an email of termination in December 2022and paid the month of January. First week of January 2023 I requested termination forms as I was advised by the agent “ Salome “to sign them and the forms for removing my stuff I’ve received those forms on the 10 January 2023.Now Ithemba billed me for January so they can keep my deposit.I’m so disappointed I’ve been sending them emails the showed me a spreadsheet that I was billed for Jan. To my knowledge they were supposed to take termination fee not the whole deposit money.😡😡😡
