Ithemba is unprofessional and a bunch of ******

Ithemba is operated by ******. We use prepaid electricity at The Onyx yet we are charged electricity recovery fees for what??!!! They also lie about WiFi I paid when moving in no effort to connect my room until I cancelled. Now they refusing to refund me the WiFi money as the service was never rendered. I’ve sent numerous emails and they keep charging me interest on the outstanding balance which must be covered by the WiFi money they owe me. I’ve never been happy since I moved in here. You report issues you are ignored. Stay away from Ithemba! Going to their offices is also useless staff not trained to deal with customers immature and lack of professionalism! I had a leakage that ran all night which I reported and they never deducted that from the billing as The Onyx was built with cheap very cheap material. Toilet seat gets broken within a week of moving in. Tiles fall off I mean this was a new room no one stayed here. Stay away!
