Ithemba is the worst
We pay ridiculous amounts of rent that don’t even make sense without question but get ****ty service in return.If it’s not electricity then it's the wifi or the water, we always have something going on.At this point we are playing survival of the fittest I swear.After paying so much we get problems in return,why are we always spending money buying water,food and data.We have been experiencing wifi issues for the past month all because iThemba is cheap and won’t get a proper service provider.When we want to leave,they charge ridiculous penalty fees forcing us to stay and go through this nonsense because we can’t afford to leave.

We are aware of the Power outages affecting the building. We do log calls with City power.
PLEASE NOTE:
The following are measures we put in place when we encounter such issues:
1. We place gas stoves in the reception area for cooking.
2. Tenants may connect and charge their devices at reception.
3. Eyethu Co-Lab workstation is open for tenants use.
4. A fridge is placed at reception for tenants to use during the outage time.
5. The Diamond has a generator that powers up the common arrears like most of our other buildings.
With regards to the Wi-Fi as per our telephonic conversation the Wi-Fi manager will be in communication with you to further assist.
