Ithemba is the worse ive ever come across
They don't even deserve the 1 star. Management is neglectful. They mess you around when you try to move out. You are only allowed to put in cancellation of lease on the 1st of a month and then to you are still liable to pay 1 months rent. They lie ALOT and don't assist when needed. However to cut off electricity theyre too good. My rent was paid on time. I advised them that i didn't use the correct reference they said they resolved the issue but still shut off my electricity. Now lady says i cant move out because i am liable for 1 months rent.

18 Sept 2026, 11:14Ive been going back and forth with this emails since the 09 SEPTEMBER 2026. Even calls. They stopped responding when i asked for an incident report regarding why my electricity was shut off. And i made them aware i need these things in order to submit to the housing tribunal. Its been about 2 or 3 days now. No one has responded. When i do call the agents are just arrogant its like they've been trained to make sure Ithemba property must find some way to make the problem the tenants and they don't take no responsibility.
