ITHEMBA IS RUINING EVERYTHING

I’ve lived with Ithemba Property for close to two years now, first in a two bedroom apartment at The Emarald and now Elevate in a bachelor, I got charged R710 this month for Cost of heating which makes NO SENSE!!! While living in the two bedroom apartment we would have so much people over who would shower and use the hot water but not even come close to R710 and charge us R250 at most. I’ve got friends who live here at Elevate in 2 bedroom apartments and they are about 4 people in the apartment using more hot water thn me and they get charged R180??? So basically I have used water of about 12 people in one month while I live alone and I’m always at work. We always have water issues and I get charged R710 for cost of heating ?I’ve check with more than 4 people who live here and they all getting charged R200 and below and it made me wonder if they charged me that amount thinking I don’t understand how they charge rates because I moved in under a new lease name ? And they trying to take advantage. I’ve emailed them and ask they review this and they have failed to send me the ratings of cost of heating I’ve used since I moved in here in October. I’ve been waiting for a week for a reply and nothing they can’t provide me with the proof of the KL I used for the two months so I can see when the usage went up. I’m UTTERLY disappointed because I thought finally moving into a bachelor at ITHEMBA would be the best experience of my life but turns out they are ruining everything!!!

It makes me feel like finding a new home because now suddenly after two years they charge me R710 for Cost of heating while when I was in a 2 bedroom apartment and always having people over I would be charged R200?? It’s ridiculous to be honest. I’m heartbroken.

I’ve even got proof of other statements showing the amount others got charged. Why am I being charged differently from others and can’t be provided proof why ?

I’ve been taking pictures of my reading meter outside my apartment with the manager for the past two weeks and what I’m being charged and those readings make no sense at All!!

I just want to be charged like others or just go and make elsewhere my home where they would charge me farely.

They should treat their tenants the right way otherwise nobody will want to live here with everything happening. I’m really unhappy
