We have sent you proof of payments but you still tell us that our payments do not reflect on your system. How is that possible even? You have been giving us a run around for over two months now. The building manager Makopi has done everything in her power to bring this issue to your attention but you ignore her and continue to make your own false statements. We need that R5000 paid this week or I'll escalate this further.

You have been investigating for over two months now. We moved out in March, Makopi checked the flat and everything was good. We left that place in a better condition than we found it. But you continue to tell us you are investigating, what are you investigating really? What's there to investigate? Tell us what are you investigating because you are suppose to pay us, thats it!!!!!!!!!

Dear iThemba employees working on my case.

I would like to express my deepest regrets to how you have handled my case.
We have spoken to Ntokozo who keeps telling us different things like they dont know what they are doing. We have spoken to Knowledge who is overly confident about incorrect information. You keep saying you are investigating but we have shared everything with you and yet you still manage to come up with your own incorrect facts even after we have given you actual facts.

We regret ever contacting you for rental apartments, if we knew how much of ***** you do we wouldnt have contacted your agents.

We stayed at Situation East for 8 months in the period, you kept sending us incorrect statements, and we have been fighting since day 1. Even after you have found out the mistake was on your side you still continued to send us incorrect statements. We want our money because we dont owe you. Fact is you owe us money and a damn apology.

If I must escalate this further then please let me know because you keep saying you have escalated this matter but to who? Who is the damn management there? Why do they hide from fixing tenant issues. You promise all kinds of things but deliver bull****.

Whoever reads this, take this to the relevant person/ people. Stop replying to me if you going to give me your ****ty messages that have no value and weight. We want our money. You will pay it back.
