Ithemba Give Me My Refund

I am writing to address the issue regarding the refund of my deposit. Initially, I paid a deposit of R 4 599, which I later realized was not required of me. Nonetheless, it was taken from me. Upon moving out, the necessary deductions were made after the inspection conducted on June 4th, 2023. However, I am disappointed to inform you that I am still awaiting my refund. Despite my attempts to reach out, I have not received any updates from Ithemba Property. The last communication I had was when I was informed that my query was being escalated to the relevant department. Unfortunately, all I am experiencing now is silence. I am aware of the amount that is due to me, as communicated by Modise Sennelo. I would greatly appreciate if their attention could be directed to this matter. Ithemba please give me my refund!
