Ithemba failing to remove listing

I have made numerous attempts to resolve this matter with Ithemba Properties and have repeatedly requested that the listing with Experian be removed. I was previously advised to wait 30 days, but that 30-day period has now lapsed and there has been no change to the listing.

I have contacted you again regarding this matter, yet instead of resolving the issue, the information continues to be updated to reflect that I allegedly owe money.

This is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. I have made every reasonable effort to resolve the matter directly with your company, but my concerns continue to be ignored.

I expect Ithemba Properties to urgently investigate this matter, provide me with a clear explanation for why the listing has not been removed or corrected, and take the necessary steps to ensure that Experian is provided with accurate and updated information. I am extremely disappointed with the way Ithemba Properties has handled this matter, particularly when it comes to the financial information being reported against me.
