Ithemba does not care about tenants

The worst property management company ever. I was promised fibre Internet when I app**** but after I paid the rent was now told that I cannot get fibre to my apartment.

I was told that apartments have free WiFi with 1.2gig for the whole month after that you buy the bundles. When I go to their offices they said there is nothing that can do because they have a contract with the fibre company to not install it in apartments, even when I tell them that I was promised fibre they did not care told me to move out and get someone to stay under my lease.... Imagine, they so inconsiderate.

Worst of all o tried to connect my Explora but couldn't connect. When I reported this they sold me to buy a switch... On top of the rent I pay I am required to buy the switch... What kind of flat is this? Can't even install my dstv never mind the fibre.

Worst property company ever. Management does not care about tenants.

Before you choose them think twice.
