I cannot remove this post? So I am making the following statement to address my apparently, incorrect post on Hello Peter about Ithemba / Circlevest Securitisation (Pty) Ltd - I have just been informed by management that Ithemba is not a "White-Owned" company, even though the 2 directors stated on all documents are in fact G. Holtzhausen & A.O. Reyneke! A bit confusing, however, I am apparently incorrect and therefore I retract this statement. I further also retract the word "gangsters" as it offended the management and I apologise for that! - ERiC KiRSTEN

Ithemba Properties - Circlevest Securitisation - Tortello Investments - > Nobody should ever rent from "Ithemba Properties" as they are not landlords, they operate and manage the business in a non-transparent way! The invoice tenants under Ithemba, but when u swipe or do an EFT u paying Circlevest, most irregular indeed? They twist the laws to suit their needs, threatening & transgressing the law on a daily basis. They continually ***** tenants "deposits", making up stories why they wont return it, and deposit money's are never paid into a separate interest bearing account, highly ******* indeed! Wendy Mechanic was prosecuted for this exact transgression years ago.The security is pathetic & un-supervised, meaning they do as they please? The have all types of unexplained fees on their invoices, thumb suck Water/Sewerage/Refuse consumption & intimidate tenants with ******* letters of demand, when they query these issues? They also lock people out, switch off water & electric for moneys due, instead of following the proper legal procedures to collect debt. They should be investigated by the authorities as soon as possible, as they are just abusing their tenants. Guess what they completely white owned by 2 directors - G. Holtzhauzen & A.O. Reyneke, not a surprise??
