Ithemba can do better

Ithemba has got to be the worst rental agency ever,for the last 2 weeks we had to endure being without out electricity,we understand the Eskom timing but what is strange is that the schedule does not apply to Ithemba, Electricity goes off for more than the schedule time and it's affecting us cause we work from home,complaining doesn't help cause u get an answer only after the electricity has been restored,we pay rent we have a right to know Jays been done with these situation
