Please help me to understand how you can refuse a tenant to move out when ALL rentals have been paid up. What you are doing is highly *******. you are not allowed to withhold furniture without a court order whether a tenant has paid or not paid. We will be meeting each other at the rental tribunal and I have instructed to the tenant to call the police.
