Ithemba are a biggest **** in South Africa people must stay away from their apartments especially Elavate building in New Doornfontein managed by Ithemba .Every month we have a billing problem which rent, water and heating water just go up drastically without any explanation even if you go to their offices they can’t help you with anything they only tell you that you need to pay their money that’s it
I’m moving out end of September and they are loosing a lot of tenants people must not fall for their **** , the apartment is very small and very pricey without enough security people are being targeted by ******* in the building breaking in because their Passeges got no cameras in it very pathetic **** of Ithemba and Beacon
