Incorrect rent invoice Ho0621

On the 26th of May 2023 I received the rent statement and I paid according to the amount on the invoice. On the 7th June 2023 the building manager called me to his office and i thought it was just a social matter, but to my surprise I was told that I short paid the rent. I asked the caretaker on how l short paid since I have paid according to the invoice I received. I sent him the invoice i paid for and according to the date and amount indicated. He said he will come back to me concerning the issue. After more than four days the caretaker came back to me and he told me that I paid the wrong amount because they have sent me a wrong invoice. I asked him what I was suppose to do, because now it is the middle June and no one from the account department tried to communicate with me about the mistake you made. The caretaker said to me he is going to ask the person who is dealing with accounts to call me and explain why I short paid my invoice. The account section to make arrangements on how am I going to pay the outstanding rent and I asked how is my problem and I was going to understand if was informed about this before the end of May 2023. To make things worse, there is nothing written down to show the change on the previous invoice and the new invoice, I'm just told all the stories over the phone. I didn't agree with the arrangement and they frozen my fingerprints entry access and WiFi. I couldn't get entry access, i had to always wait for the security guard to open the gate for me. If there is no security i have to wait long time and that was very inconvenient when I'm going to work. The issue is still on, interest on arrears are being charged and the WiFi is still blocked. Advise please.
