*********** management refusing to acknowledge notice to vacate!!!!

I have now sent 3 emails to Ithemba property admin (Eyethu House) since the beginning of the month regarding my notice to vacate their property and none of my emails have had a response. Tonight I was supposed to move my belongings with a moving truck (That had been paid for, may I add) but the securities wouldn't allow me out of the building with my belongings and as you can imagine, this was very frustrating!!!!! Is this the tactic that you guys use to keep making money out of us??? I'm currently unemployed and all this is costing me money I DON'T have as I now have to call the truck again. I keep being told that I have to sort this out with the office, the same office that has been *********** until now!!!! Rest assured, I WILL NOT BE SPENDING ANOTHER MONTH AT EYETHU HOUSE!!!!!
