*********** Letting Manager in Johannesburg

Service is disappointing and disastrous , l moved from one of their buildings to another and was informed my deposit was to be transferred to the new place l was moving too, few weeks later l get a rent statement stating that my rent is R8562 for a bachelor flat how ridiculous, phoned Mpho the letting manager and she is not taking my calls and l went to en extend of emailing her and still no reply, how *********** that’s why flats are always vacant, there is so much incompetence in that office in Berea surely someone is not doing their job.
