Incompetency on billing

I am not happy with how ithemba handles some of our concerns especially when the mistake is on their end. I have recently requested for a downgrade from a 2 bedroom unit to 1 bedroom. I have been subjected to pay double the amount of rent due to incompetency from the ithemba property system, when requesting an explanation from the building manager on why am I being over billed I was referred to an agent who till today has not reverted to me but necessary majors "As they say" are supposed to be implemented as if I did not pay my rent on time. no one can assist me for weeks I had to go without electricity and my doors were a lock, had to seek help to relative to shelter my 1-year-old son. I do not owe anything but I had to live like a fugitive at the place I am suppose to call home
