Incompetence

On the 11th of Jan 2018 I complained to ithembaproperty in West park about my bathroom wiring that burnt out I also complained about the lack of dstv signal which due to the flat using a communal dish today on the 15th of Jan 2018 when I called to follow up on my complaints I was told by the building manager that I need to send him an email why was I not told this last week when I complained I gatvol of the don't care attitude and arrogance of the building manager that is in charge of the unit i live in the service is pathetic
