Im still shaking from this!!!!!!!!

I was meant to move out today to a new premises (30 day notice submitted on time). I arranged for an inspection at 4:30pm. At 3:45pm the security watched me move my belongings and stated she would not open the gate for me. And she did not. I called Ithemba, 2 building managers (no one picked up) and was on hold at Jeppe Police station to be able to exit. It was a hostage situation. I wouldn't have minded except, I missed my deadline to fetch my key and was rendered homeless for the night as a female in Johannesburg cbd!!! Harassment plus poor service plus rude security. Im actually still in shock. So bad, its laughable!!!!!!
