******* Eviction and bad attitude from management-harrasment

Dear Madam/Sir

I have been a tenant of the Ithemba Property Trust (Metropolitan) in Berea, Johannesburg for 2 years. For 2 months I was unable to pay my rent due to financial unaffordability. This was communicated to the building manager, Isaac Masum and was however ignored, instead on 03/05/2018 I returned to my apartment with my 2 small children only to find that we had been locked out by them. This was after 17:00pm on Thursday evening, my children and I were tired and hungry and had no where to go during that time. They only told me that they could not open for me and that they would only open when the outstanding amount was fully paid up. I asked if I would be able to make payment arrangements, Isaac then said that no I wont because the company only allows arrangements once a year for every tenant and that nothing could be done. No legal notification was presented to me by a sheriff of the court nor did the company present me with any documentation that states that I would be evicted any time soon or a period of notification to vacate the apartment had been presented to me, I had no knowledge that I would be evicted at all. My property is still in the apartment even with telephonic attempts to try and make arrangements were made by myself. Instead when I asked if I could have my property returned to me and make payment arrangements, that proposal was refused as well. I then continued to visit some friends on one of the building floors, after a few visits Isaac was notified by one of the security guards who were in the past involved in a ***ual harassment case that I had reported that I was in the building, Isaac came out and told my friend in the building's main entrance where everyone was present that I had been locked out of my apartment because I was owing and that I was not allowed in the building for any reason. This is personal information that involve only myself and management but Isaac had not only told my friend about, 2 other people that have nothing to do with the matter. I need help about this because management has failed to handle this. Kindly contact me for assistance to this matter please? How can I go about it legally? My children and i desperately need your assistance as we don't have a proper shelter over our heads please
