At THE ONYX there is tenants who has a habit of pushing door’s open or knocking and running away. This happens any time of day but mostly at midnight. Friday 9th of December 2022 between 5pm to 5:30pm thy tempted to open my door during the day as thy always do lucky my wife was coming out from the bathroom, she immediately go outside fast enough before the person disappears in the corridors as usual, she noticed it is not a child but an adult lady mid 20’s she could describe the person perfectly and it is one of the tenants who stays in the building. We quickly reported the incident to security on duty and the building manager to intervene and also if they could review footage as proof before we confront the person or take matters in our own hands, but till date we haven’t got any feedback either from the building manager or the security. With it last night around 2:20am we heard female voices in the corridors, the next thing a bottle heating our door and sounds of shuttered grass followed by running footsteps and laughter. The only thing we manage to do is to come out and assess the damage, take pictures and send them to the building Manager right away. We send emails WhatsApp massages to the building manager but all we receive is nothing she actually avoids us from reviewing the footage. Anyone who reads this if you were trying to move in with this company ITHEMBA please do not waste your money and time this people are not as professional as they sell you out there, there ******** there management is so poor all thy care of is for you to pay them if you have issues during your stay thy will make you look like they are doing you a favour to attend your matter. Their building’s slowly but surely thy are going to look like those ones down town Joburg CBD because there is no rules here noise party’s everywhere in the building everything is out of control, their securities thy never observe the building all thy know is to sit down there watching videos and WhatsApp on a free wi-fi this is ******* I’m going to move out and Will make sure wherever I see their name will live bad review
