I am not happy with Ithemba Property Management!!!
I am really unhappy with Ithemba Property Management services, it's really bad, I paid R450 for parking as I stay at UrbanOlive in 1 of the Ithemba buildings, no one outlined that I might find myself without parking everytime when I come back from work, now I have to always fight with the security guards everyday, I am always told there is no parking space.So now it means I need to knock off before my knock off time just to get parking. When you ask for help, they play the blame game, some blame the manager, some blame the office itself. I am really unhappy at all!! My question why do you take someone's money then end up having excuses because you should outline from the very beginning that, "No Sir, our parking is full hence why we won't allow you to pay the R450 please find an alternative" simple as that!! Not to take someone's money then later you make excuses!!
