Humiliating Caretaker.

I have stayed at Urban Olive for a little over and a year and as much I always like to keep to myself it's really disheartening how Shando the care taker of this place treats people. The worst thing is passing by the reception area and find him screaming at other tanants, its humiliating. And how he should people's unpaid fee for everyone else to hear is also humiliating. People who live here are mostly foreigners and COVID has his everyone, it's no excuse for us not to pay our bills on time but guys. Yesterday I reported a leakage from my room on the upper stairs part of the loft and the opened the silver cover that was closing the pipes and left it like that after I told them theres air coming in from there and water is still leaking. When I went to him to report this he was so rude. The point of having care takers in buildings I assume if for tenants to get close by assistance within the building.

The other time I was short on my rent and explained it to him he asked me "what are you going to do for me". That is absolutely disgusting.

I love living here but the unprofessional behavior is intolerable and will for me to move out.

Lately when I have problems I prefer to go straight to the office at Purchase place where they still refer me to the same person who I am avoiding.
