Hot water
Two days without hot water. No explanation whatsoever. I logged a ticket with no response to date. This is at one of the properties they manage called the Apollo in Sunninghill.

The building recently experienced an issue with the heat pump system, which caused the water supply to run cold. Our maintenance team promptly identified the source of the problem and carried out the necessary repairs. We are pleased to confirm that the matter has been fully resolved and that hot water has now been completely restored.
