HORRIBLE SERVICES FROM EYETHU HOUSE

Firstly if you reading this and would like to stay or sign a lease with any ithemba property rather get reviews first they will call you in with nice things once you in the service you get is ****!

I have been complaining for over three years and the time has come for me to leave the horrible service I have been getting according to a signed lease I have it states that it ends 31 Aug 2021 where I can get my deposit back and go else where

this company sends me an email saying ''Good Day Xolani,

Please note that your notice you served to terminate your lease has been received. Please see below the amount for penalties that you have incurred in this regard as per the lease agreement. The amounts must be paid in full before you vacate the flat: Penalty Amount: R3390.35 (Early Termination).

what is the purpose of a lease? the agents that assist are not from this world like they hardly think properly

how do you charge someone a cancellation fee for reaching the end of your lease

this flat is EYETHU HOUSE in 270 MARSHALL STREET CITY AND SUBURBAN

when you raise something directly to him he tells you the same thing over and over

WRITE AN EMAIL ....... how do you write an email to people who do not know half of what they doing

i bet even primary school kids would know how to check dates before sending incorrect information so take it from me this place is not worth your R2 cause after you pay they do not know you but should you have issues with your rent or late payment they the first to cut your electricity which you paid for (prepaid) and lock you door but once you pay on time for three years you get horrible services as if you have joined them within that current day
