Horrible service -Sizwe Motloung Hoofd Mansions building.
Horrible and unprofessional service exprerienced by my partner from Sizwe Motloung from Hoofd Mansion building, he is rude and thinks he owns Ithemba, he has refused her to move out of the building because of his incompetence.

We would like to extend our sincere apologies for the service you received from one of our staff members. Please be assured that we take such matters seriously and are committed to addressing them appropriately.
Kindly be advised that vacating any of our buildings is subject to specific processes and procedures as outlined in the lease agreement. These include providing a minimum of 20 business days’ written notice prior to vacating, as well as completing and signing the official notice form before leaving the premises. Without fulfillment of these requirements, the building manager is not authorized to permit a tenant’s departure.
As no formal notice had been received at the time your partner was moving, the building manager was obligated to verify that the correct procedures were being followed. That said, we acknowledge that the manner in which this was handled could have been more professional, and we sincerely apologize for the approach taken.
Your complaint has been noted and escalated to the appropriate internal departments for further review and action.
