HORRIBLE PEOPLE

This is the Worst Worst Worst management company ever. Purchase place. Useless management. I signed an agreement with the agent and same day i told him to cancel as i won't be needing it anymore. He said okay. Come month end i pay my rent in fulla n later during the month they cut my power off. I told them even explained to that caretaker whatever her name is that i had told agent. Not even once did the Agent say that that there is a cancellation form. I then stayed 2 full weeks without power bcz i didn't have that R400. Come month end i paid that R400 and filled in the cancellation forms. End of August i paid my rent in full and now today 16 September i find that there is no power yet again. Am told i should pay an extra R400 because i cancelled the parking at short notice. The last time my fridge got damaged and i had to get it fixed. What kind of ****ery is this. Why are you people like this. I ****en regret ever movong to this place. All you ever care about is money. You don't put the client first. Where am i supposed to get R400 now. And yall dont even tell me that you going to cut my power off. I ****en hate you people. I hate this place mxm. I have been here 2 months and its been hell from day 1. No water, fire extinguishers are stole. You are just *********** and pathetic. I HATE YOU.
