Horrible.
I've been without lights in my apartment for almost a month now. I've logged a maintainance request, spoke to both the building managers at Absa Towers and nothing has been done. I've contacted Ithemba agents for assistance as I had ran out of options, and it's been a week since I communicated with an agent yet nothing has been done to replace my lights.
