Horrible Customer Service
Worst property group. They behave like the mafia. I communicated that my payment date had changed and they didn't approve it on their side. I have never given them any problems and only communicated a change in my payment schedule which they ignored and proceeded to harass me. I had 2 men threaten me to lock me out of my apartment despite the fact that I communicated a change in my payment schedule. Absolute trash.
