Hoffman New Yorker -Unprofesssional ,Dirty Buildingand disrespectfull Building Manager

Good morning Ithemba am not sure is this the kind of communication that we should get from your Building manager at Hoffman New yorker ,First of all she does not respect the tenants as much as i read this paragraph i attached secondly how on earth do you employ someone who does not even know how to right and the flat is very dirty she is always busy with her friends by the gate all the time drinking with her home boys .What kind of disrespect is this your New building manager is useless as ever its like we now staying in some kind of shacks .Your Building manager is just useless and disrespectful i wounder why did you guys from Ithemba move Lehlohonolo he was coming right with a flat ever since Jackina left that flat is now a peace of **** bring back Lehlohonolo because as of now its like there is no Key taker that woman is always drunk with her friends even the cleaners are her friends there only clean few flours from there you wont even see them what kind of a joke is this that we get from IThemba .

Look at this what she wrote to her tenants like real i hear so many people will complain and move if this is not sorted i will also move people are getting ****** by the gate while her and her friends are just sitting there for no reasons

Morning Tenants I don't want to be rude. Please let's respect each other. I know some of you you're older than me, but constant disrespect I won't stand for it and taking advantage of me I won't stand for that Let start with a rent. The rent is due on 1st of every month everyone knows that On 3rd, we switch off the electricity On the 7th, we lock, and 10th, you have to move out.. They're people get paid on 15 of every month that we understand but you must send the emails to the office and explain and send necessary documents for them to help with that arrangement The arrangement of payment is closing on 9th of every month they start on day that you received the statement and arrangement goes with payment 375. The finger print you need to have finger from the age of 14, the security is only allowed to open for 3 times only so please make you finger print the security are been given warnings for open for you people On the weekends am not working i only attend emergency like plumbing staff and electricity please stop sending messages that are unnecessary and I won't reply.. Knocking on my door after hours must stop please... if there's something you need ask the security don't come to my door the disrespect I am getting from you guys I don't like it I don't want to be rude but please do the right thing stop taking advantage If you knows your rent is not being paid pls note that your flat is going to be closed and sell to a person who wants to pay rent, please Let about your children if find I find your child playing on the passage or doing the wrong things any where in the building I will charge you r500 per child...Every children must be in their flats at 18:00 I don'twant to see your children on the passage after 18:00pm I don't want noise and I don't want complians from other tenants
