HIGH WATER BILL

If I could rate Ithemba Property less than a one star rating, I would.

One thing Ithemba is good for, is toying around with people's money. At the end of March Ithemba charged me a ridiculous amount for water. They sent one of their workers to come do an inspection of why my water bill was that high, upon the inspection the man asked me to flush my toilet, and as soon as I did he started taking a video of the water running (to make it seem like the water is leaking for some reason). But in the same video the man himself says " I think there is a systematic issue in the building because a lot of people were charged high amounts for water" . I was told that I will not be credited for the water because I did not report the "leak". I am just glad that the video where the man was confessing there to be a systematic error in the building was taken by one of their workers and not myself, so that is enough evidence. They even had the audacity to send the video to me, which I suppose helps build my case.

My theory is that Ithemba is now trying to recover all the water they lost during all the floods that have been happening in the building. They evidently lost a lot of water and are now exploiting tenants to cover all those costs.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND ITHEMBA PROPERTIES. STAY AWAY IF YOU KNOW WHAT'S BEST FOR YOU.
