HAD ENOUGH OF THE NONSENSE!!!!!

<p>I have been having an issue with Ithemba for the past two weeks and it is not getting resolved. I signed a lease with Ithemba in August 2015 and moved out end of July 2016 when my lease ended. When I initially moved in I was given a maintanace form by Willie was supposedly standing in for the caretaker "Mmakopi" who was on maternity leave than. On the form I had completed all the things that I have found damaged in the flat however that form was mispalced and I had to complete a second one. On completion of teh second form there were three things that were maintained, namely: bulbs, balcony door and kitchen tap. Fast forward to July 2016 when I moved out the new caretaker at the flat (Jacky) bcame in to inspect the flat and wrote down things that I had initially found in a defected condition namely (bathroom mirror missing, bathroom floor cracked, bath tub stained, bedroom wardrobe damaged and sprayed or painted, blinds missing, and kitchen top cracked and slightly burned). She than sadi to me that she would speak to Mmakopi to see iof she remebered if there were any defects reported. I than suggested to her that she rather go back to the form that I had initially complteed to see what I had reported. Of which she agreed. I have been constantly calling her asking on feedack and all she ever say sis that she hadn't spoken to Willie or mmakopi as she has been busy. Which I feel should not inconvinience me on getting my deposit money back as there is a form I completed and she could go back to to reference on what I had reported. I called her again on the 12/08/2016 adn seh said that she hjad foiund my form and it said that I had reported no fault in teh flat, which is blatant lie. I than asked her to send me the form to see if it was my signature on teh form and she agreed tos ending it. It is Tuesday the 16/08/2016 and I have not received any communication from her or the form. I do not know what mickey mouse games your company is palying but I want my deposit money deposited into my accont by the 19/08/2016. I have honestly had it with Ithemba and your disloyal, lying employees. If there is anyone higher taht I can speak to I would realy be hounoured to speak to that person but I want this resolved by Friday!!!!!!!!!!</p>
