Guys I need help

My name is Andile gift Hlatshwayo. I was staying in Urban 8 in Jo'burg the building is under Ithemba property. I relocated from the building and left some tenants there it happened that they were no longer able to pay the bills and I was never informed about that, then I got the information that they were no longer paying the bills and the property was taken. I came back to jo'burg and paid up all the bills after that I spoke to Sfiso the building manager of Urban 8, by that time when I spoke to Sfiso my property was already kept in the storage. After clearing all the depts I was supposed to come to collect my stuff but I app**** again for a flat at the same company which is Ithemba but now was moved to Hoofd Mansions and I was approved so was supposed to move in on Saturday but I wasn't able to because the caretaker did not have the keys to the storage so had to move in on Sunday which was on the beginning of June .So when I got to the building we went to the storage,when we got to the storage where my property was kept I found out that some of my stuff was lost,I had a Sony sound system but when I got there I found out that the following things were ******, amplify,2 subwoofers , big front speaker, one surrounding speaker,PlayStation 4 and some of my PlayStation games. Then I spoke to Sfiso concerning this issue and how to handle it, then he said that he will talk to Mavis the Hoofd Mansions bulding manager, then Sfiso come back to me he told me that they went to a meeting and Mavis said that she doesn't know anything and the person who is checking the storage is Sfiso .after that Mavis came to my flat cos I had to sign the lease agreement when she came I asked her about my stuff,Melvis said she doesn't know the storage because it's not in the bulding but out side where there are offices and packing she even said she only go to the offices and that she doesn't even go near the storage the securities can vow to that then asked them what's the forward they told me that there's portfolio manager by the name Hoody,they said they meet him when he is back from the leave, after a week I called them to ask about my stuff cos they never got back to me after our last conversation, they said that they a having a meeting with Hoody,then they started telling me that Sfiso has to talk to me at the same time I'm now the one making the follow ups cos no one was getting back to me about the issue then on the 24th I called asking for Hoody's contact I managed to get them then I called she set a 7:30 meeting for us on the 27th of June, on the meeting I'm being told that Ithemba house won't pay back my lost stuff because of the following the bulding was not ****** so they won't claim it to the insurance so now I'm confused and dont know what to do cos I'm now being told straight to my face that they are not going to pay my stuff that the reason why I'm laying this complaint asking for your help and I'm tired of their stories and the thing is ot was ****** under their storage and I paid up all the depts, so now need to know what's the way forward guys please help me.
