One Star is even too much. I'll never recommend ithemba to anyone. Their name is misleading, all you'll get is horrible service in return.
I was advised that I will receive my refund 30 days after my vacate date. Today it has been 32 days and I've been sending emails for the past 48 hours and still no response. They never struggled with me paying them and I have been struggling to get MY money back.
If you're against peace of mind then choose ithemba properties.
