GREEDY SELFISH LANDLORD
ELEVATE IS THE WORST BUILDING There are many problems at elevate one of the properties owned by ithemba. First of all elevate is DIRTY!!!!! the cleaners are very lazy!!!! the passage are full of dust and litter the last time it was cleaned was in January they come in the morning and mop only the reception area and disappear for the whole day you will never see them anywhere, they are supposed to work half day on saturdays but they only sit with the security then go after an hour sometimes they dont even come at all. The building manager does nothing always useless
Another problem someone almost DIED on saturday when a tenant fell through the lifts that hasnt been working almost 6 months tenants have been emailing ithemba asking when the other lift will be fixed and ithemba ignored all of the emails and now a tenant has serious injuries. only AFTER the tenant was injured they put up signs that the lift is out of order.
the only thing ithemba cares about is money everything else they lie and make excuses or ignore you dont the building is becoming like the shady buildings in town dont come to elevate!!!!

Regarding the unfortunate incident involving one of our elevators, please be advised that the matter has been escalated to the appropriate departments. The safety protocols surrounding the event are currently under review, and the individuals responsible for implementing and overseeing these measures will be addressed through internal processes.
