Great Service - Mmakopi

I would like to compliment Mmakopi, Building Manager at Vuja De. She is always helpful regardless of any queries tenants have. She always respond to whatsapp messages with solutions, also willing to meet face to face to understand tenants queries. She always try by all means to contact even the office staff and agents to get tenants queries resolved - statements, lease issues etc. I wish other building managers, agents and office staff could learn something from her the way she conduct herself when it comes to customer service, communication and professionalism.
