Good employee, questionable company.

Ithemba Property's please give your employee Ambrose Morobe his flowers because looking at the reviews, he's saved a few people from having terrible experiences with this company. I for one moved in last year December. Got here to my wifi not working. Reported it to the building manager at The Emerald for a good 5 months and the one time I got a response regarding wifi was "I'll do a follow up" nothing else after. The manager had the nerve to respond as if I'm bothering him because I asked during a power outtage (the first time I saw him) we had for about 2 days. My problem still wasn't solved even after I contacted Ithemba multiple times about this and having them LIE to me by saying they'll send someone out. I had already made peace with the fact that Ithemba Properties ayithembeki, until I contacted Ambrose. Ambrose was able to give me the best tenant treatment when I was moving in, and even months after I did when i didn't have to. For that I'm giving him 5 stars, iThemba 2 stars and The Emerald 4 stars.
