Frustrated tenant

My experience staying @ The Diamond in Jewel City has been tbe worst and costly. Since I moved in here it's been a nightmare, if its not electricity it's water if not that you have to deal with rude staff that only care when you want a place but once u move in you'll see for yourself.. This month alone we've been without Electricity for so many days, our food has spoiled we have incurred so many costs living on takeouts. The rent I pay here and the standard of living don't match seriously. All this frustration has forced me to cancel the lease at only 5 months I have heard enough and I'm being told I'll forfeit my deposit? But they themselves are in bridge of the very same contract I signed for not providing a stable home for me and my kids. This is by far tje worst building I find myself in as I'm writing the review electricity went off again last night and it's not back and the only thing the management says is we are aware and apologize for the inconvenience until when??
