Financial and Emotional bul**** tenant

Don't ever believe any of the good reviews you see here just check the numbers, check the pattern after every bad review follows a good review if there are 2 bad ones then follows 2 good ones.Go to social media and do your homework before moving with them. I would never recomend any person I know to go and live at any of their buildings. Their tenant service it's very very bad, they are untrained and unprofessional. You see what is being advertised it's totally the opposite trust me the 2 bedroom advertised for R5700 you will end up paying more than R11000 when you acquire about it they tell you it's bcz of water and eletricity and every call center agent calling you will be telling you a different amount sometimes it skyrockets up R19000 for a 2 bedroom apartment with no tiles, no safety, poor internet connection when you ask about all these amounts they tell you they are just messengers. The worse part at Elevate Apartments they would go 4 to 5 days with no water, no power backup, no internet. Everyone who lives there knows everyweek there must be a day or 2 without water but the water bill is always high and when you don't pay the money the day they want it goes up due to interests and the funny part it can go up about 3 to 4 times a day because every call center agent calling you tells you their own amount even if you tell them you already spoken to someone they say ok and continue with what they are saying and you not even allowed to complain. Most of the people staying there are scared to speak up bcz the threats you get when you try to stand up for yourself, you will be told you must expect two men visiting you or you threatend about the authorities and you can ask everyone who took them or was taken to court by them they never show up so you can get ********** by paying legal fees until they gather evidence they fabrigated against you. I know couple of people whom their threats came alive on, for missed payments or who didnt want to pay the skyrocketing monthly statements, how can you pay up to 9600 for a bachelor apartment in Jozi, Doornfontein or even Maboneng and when you calculate everything on the statement doesn't even sum up to that money. Ask anyone who stays at any of their buildings how many people moving out daily and how many people moving out before their lease agreetment has been fulfilled and after ask yourself how is that so. If you love your life, your peace I'd advise you stay away from these people. They are cruel they take advantage of you people thinking that they are desparate I dont even want to mention the names of their agents who sell you lies and worse the people at their call center. The worst part ever you not allowed has a tenant to go the offices to seek for answers. Go through these reviews and social and see how bad it is, then come here at your own risk
