Few observations made concerning Ithemba properties but most especially Carlton View.

Thank you for the opportunity to review Ithemba Properties efforts in estate management. I've been staying in one of Ithemba's properties for 8 years and it's been that of mixed experience which is common and expected of any tenant living in any building. Ithemba properties have been very considerate in handling issues concerning their tenants, my self, a very good example. Electricity, water, have been some of the issues that affects most of the buildings owned and managed by Ithemba properties which is not necessarily their fault except for lifts. The very building where I stay have had the issue of lift for a very long time and I stay in the 7th floors which makes it very difficult for me to climb through each time the lift breaks down. So, if some can be done to stabilize the lifts in Carlton View, it will go a long way to alleviate the pain of carrying heavy or light packages through the stairs to the topmost floor. Besides these few observations made, Ithemba is HOME AWAY FROM HOME AND A PLACE TO BE AND FEEL SECURED AND CONFORTABLE.
