False charges on deposit refund

Today I received an email from Nonkululeko at Ithemba attached with a statement of charges being taken from my R3090 deposit and they state that I will only be refunded R300.

I moved out on 29th March 2024 but I have been charged for sewer, water and utilities for the month of April on top there is a name/ref number I do not recognize with a charge next to it. To say I'm shocked is an understatement. This company has proven that they lack humanity and their agents and management lack competence in what they do. The building manager at Purchase place Sizwe did an inspection when I moved out and assured me I will be charged only R140 for fumigation and two lights not working. I also know of R85 for March water and R504 arrears charges I had to pay. I don't understand how I am not charged utilities for March during my notice but I am charged when I hva e vacated the unit a month later so they can withhold my deposit.

Ithemba Property is a **** and they are *****sters. I will never recommend or ever use them to look for a place to stay. I will continue giving them bad reviewing every review platform and approach the small claims court if I have to.
