Eyethu House surrounding area becoming dangerous by the day!

Eyethu House is becoming dangerous by the day. A month ago a collegue and I were ****** at gun point walking towards Eyethu. More people have been ****** in the surrounding area and it's mostly women and some men. Now there was a guy who was stabbed on the stairs of the building cause they were trying to rob him!!! Is management aware that there are people who live with kids inside the building? Small kids! I've seen men sitting around the ****a shops lurking at tenants moves and monitoring us making it seem as though they're there for the Wifi Kante they're just trying to see who does what at what time. It's not safe to even live inside the building if tenants are getting stabbed almost inside mos. I tried to move out due to the trauma I experienced from being ****** at gun point however was advised I need to pay my rent amount to move out mind you I've been living at Eyethu for over a year now. I haven't decided to move as yet however in the meantime the safety of the tenants is compromised at this point and no one is doing anything about it!!
