Eyethu House Maboneng security and noise experience

I am a new resident in this rental and my experience thus far has been awful, upon having to move because I was quite desperate for accommodation because of working in Jhb and having to travel from Pta. I made the rental and lease payment at the Albertina Sisulu property and was given flat No 405 to view, to my surprise, there was already an occupant there and I was placed in a temporary room to be resolved.. That finally happened after a week and if that up and down was not an inconvenience enough, I had to park in a dark corner by the Eyethu properties cars while waiting to be allocated a parking bay and when that was supposedly done, I was able to park there for 2 days, then the next it was occupied, I reported this to the building manager and they explained the confusion with the upper and lower ba*****t parking but I was still unable to park at my bay still as there was also another car that parked there so it was some sort of needing to fight to park where I was supposed to... On the day of the 17th of March 2019 I still had to park next to the property cars because of this and I had used my car in the afternoon and parked at 15H00 and my car was in a good state as I had just been to the garage but when I needed to drive out at 19H00 my VW 1.4 tyre was changed and I mean that my tyres are new as I had just bought them the previous month but this one that I had was ruined and flat, I called security to ask what had happened and he couldn't explain saying that he had just reported for his shift, we involved the leasing agent that stays on the property and he saw this in person as well but also couldn't assist as he said he didn't have answers, when we went up to try and look on the CCTV footage, I was then told that the cameras do not reach that parameter I had been parking at due to my parking bay struggle. I had to miss work on the 18th March 2019 because of this inconvenience. I tried contacting the building manager to date specifying my details and even provided her with my flat number and pictures to attend to this matter and NOTHING has been done. I have out text messages to corroborate this. I do not understand the logic of paying so much for such ineffective service. I had to buy a new tyre at R710. 00 and have the slip to prove this.

What also puzzles me is how there aren't any rules and regulations regarding the noise as well... Cars play loud music till 2/3am and the so-called security cannot even intervene to control this. Some of us are working and need to rest but there is no such in this rental.

Had I known all this, I wouldn't have moved here. I have had an unpleasant experience for the past month. People must be weary of this before moving here unless you can stand noise til you have to wake up.
