The noise. The gate waiting periods, the drug use within the building, the useless building manager, even the security is useless now. No accommodation for pedestrian tenants as well, oh and the visitors parking situation, joke.

I swear it feels like a hostel living here. A rather expensive hostel. The ladies at the reception, USELESS. The consultants, USELESS. In fact the whole staff at Ithemba, all USELESS! Oh and the cleaning ladies that clean the corridors and common areas, what a joke. I myself could do such a better job.

Go on Ithemba, continue lying and giving such nonsense service, for our money. Just continue. I am so glad I am and a few other tenants WON’T be renewing our leases. Might as well go purchase a property.
