Exploitative rentals

I have been renting before, but never came across such a company as Ithema property. You'd swear that this rental company's middle name is "exploitative rentals". Maybe they should change their organization name to that rather because WOW! I am now in the process of terminating my lease with the company due to the miscount the company practices. To the length whereby I need to involve the rental ombudsman. They have nice properties, I give them that. As for being a resident to their properties. A DEFINITE NO FROM ME.
