Expensive rent and bad electricity service

Every beginning of the month around the 8th after everyone has paid rent the electricity goes off for more than 3 days. This has been happening every month for the past year. The rent is also ridiculous you pay R5000 for a bechlor room which is false advertising from the property. I’d never recommend anyone to go stay there you’ll regret it.
