Exceptional service

This review is aimed at two particular employees for Ithemba. Lefa Letsoalo was a fantastic and thoughtful staff member, who assisted me to make arrangements during a particularly difficult period. He was efficient and hadd a great deal of empathy. Tiisetso Aphane is another staff member who is always friendly, helpful and always efficient.
