Exceptional Customer experience

I would like to take this opportunity to show appreciation to Trevor Qhakambile for his exceptional customer service. I have never seen such a hard working Manager who goes above and beyond in ensuring that the tenant is assisted and is happy with staying in one of your buildings. I must admit that up until Trevor took over in our building as an acting Building Manager whilst he is managing another building I was on the verge of moving out simply because of their terrible service and their I don't care attitude. Trevor has changed my perspective and I am genuinely a happy tenant. This man goes above and beyond, he delivers on his promises and delivers timeously. Ithemba Property needs to recognize the dedication, hard work of its employees and must show appreciation to this man who is very professional, does his work diligently and always ensure that the tenants expectations are met and exceeded.
